All drivers must adhere to the following condition to be considered for entry into our programs.

• Drivers must be 18 years of age, or older
• Drivers must hold a valid G?? class license, or the Canadian equivalent, that has been valid for the last 3 consecutive years
• Drivers must proof of ownership and valid insurance are required
• Drivers must be respectful drivers – respect the public image of the advertiser with good driving habits
• Drivers must not have speeding convictions within the last three years
• Drivers must not have more than a maximum of 3 minor driving infractions within the last three years(6 driver’s license points ,maximum, allowed)
• Drivers must not have any at-fault accidents/collisions within the previous five years
• Drivers must not have any careless driving charges or criminal convictions pending
• Participants must sign an indemnification form at the time of, or prior to, installation. This indemnifies Market Your Car Inc. as well as the advertiser in the unlikely event where the driver acts in a reckless or unlawful manner
